This sounds like an allied prisoner of war escape movie just waiting to be written. A brave group of Canadian prisoner curlers go up against Hitler's hand chosen super elite team. All the while a massive escape from the mountain top castle, that is also hosting the event, is planned. I imagine a bomb in a curling rock that will be detonated upon contact with another rock when the escape is ready to begin.

Damn, I would see that. Can we find something for William Holden to do. He is always good in these kind of pictures.
I'd watch it too! Great casting, j-swin! The remake would have to have Brad Pitt in it though.

And yes, William Holden would be great but i thought he was a little too on the nose.
Brad Pitt is the brash young pilot who has to learn control to beat the team of Nazi super curlers pit against him.
Bruce Willis is the old salt who shoes him the ropes while James brings in the nazi ringer...Cate.
Damn that's just writes itself.
The kid has a gift for reading the ice and adjusting his weight accordingly. He's brash, like he was when he was a pilot.
